Normally I don't post rough un-inked sketches on my main page. Maybe in scraps, but this one I'm really pleased with, and feel that I've made a lot of progress with this drawing. Had some help from

with anatomy and design suggestions, and it shows.

Anyway this is Aerlyn, a friendly ghost.

She's not terribly upset about being dead, but that's what happens when you barely remember anything.
"Huh, I guess the transition from life to death is pretty traumatic..... good thing I don't remember it!"
The only downsides are that its hard to make friends when everyone would rather run away in terror, and it can be really difficult to pick things up with telekinesis. She's also not very good at using her ghostly abilities, occasionally accidentally run into walls as opposed to phasing through them and the like.

Anyway drawn on cardstock with a mechanical pencil.
